Brother of Accused Bourke Street Killer Dimitrious Gargasoulas Faces Charges of Assault

Angelo Gargasoulas, 26, the brother of the accused Bourke Street killer, Dimitrious Gargasoulas has once again been accused of assault — this time of breaking into a women’s home and assaulting her last Saturday.

Other crimes he is being accused of are smashing the woman’s car and cell phone.

Gargasoulas has previously been accused of multiple assaults including one on his mother in January in which he assaulted her after she failed “to make him a late-night toastie fast enough,” reported.

On Wednesday, he showed up before the Melbourne Magistrates Court facing a list of charges including single charges of drug and weapon possession, unlawful assault with a weapon, unlawful assault as well as two counts each of entering a building with the intent to assault a person and intentionally damaging property.
