Australian soccer team “Socceroos” welcomed back multiple players ahead of the two matches against the Greek National team, a fact that has delighted coach Ange Postecoglou.
Coach Postecoglou expects Australia to go to even greater heights, when they face Greece in Sydney on Saturday and in Melbourne next week, as the team will be reinforced by Tim Cahill, Trent Sainsbury, Mat Leckie and Nathan Burns. In addition, by his side will be Apostolos Giannou, Ryan McGowan, Alex Gersbach and Jason Geria.
“Greece will be a very determined opponent. It’s exactly the type of game we need. They will be a little bit more resilient defensively and make things harder for us,” said Ange Postecoglou in Sydney on Monday.
