Two Greeks Conquer MYER Department Stores

MYERThe Greek-Australian fashion designer Alex Perry, has been drawing media attention after his collaboration with the Australian “MYER” department stores, after terminating his 6-year career at the rival “David Jones” stores. At MYER stores, Perry will have the opportunity to work with Jennifer Hawkins, former “Miss Universe” and face of MYER, and with the Greek-Australian Napoleon Perdis, renowned make-up artist and businessman.

Napoleon Perdis owns 75 cosmetic stores with the trade name “Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics” in Australia, New Zealand, U.S., Latin America, Canada, Europe, Asia and Middle East and has been collaborating with 2,000 cosmetics stores worldwide. He has also been working with “David Jones” stores and recently decided to expand his business at MYER stores.

Alex Perry has been considered a fashion “guru” in Australia. His haute couture creations, his masterfully sewn dresses, his jewel-embroidered corsets and his impressive gowns along with his 19-year experience in fashion have turned his brand into the synonym of luxury, prestige and quality. His reputation and his creations have also made Perry one of Hollywood’s favorite fashion designers. Among his famous customers are Jennifer Lopez, Nelly Furtado, Rihanna, Eva Longoria, Natalie Portman, Miranda Kerr and Elle McPherson. Perry has also been participating in Australian Fashion Week since 1997 and his show is among the most anticipated events of the year. In addition, he participates as a fashion critic in numerous Australian TV shows.
