The Education Office of the Greek Consulate in Melbourne made an announcement concerning Expatriate Training providers about developments in teaching methods of Modern Greek according to the AustralianĀ Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority Program (ACARA).
Vassilios Gogas, Education coordinator of Australia and N. Zealand, has been informed of these developments and called the groups involved in education issues to a Pan-Australian videoconference.
They sent a letter to the Competent Body in order to express their concerns regarding the Management Board of ACARAās proposal to improve the teaching level of the Greek language.
