Career diplomat Vangelis Vitalis will be from August New Zealand’s new Ambassador to the EU, who will also be accredited to Bulgaria, Luxemburg and Romania. Mr. Vitalis, New Zealand’s Deputy High Commissioner to Australia, has also worked at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
