The Greek and Gay Support Network provides individual support and resources such as social services to gay and bisexual men and women of Greek background in Australia and are hosting their annual birthday dance celebration, their most popular event.
The invitation from Greek and Gay extends to anyone interested in enjoying a night filled with entertainment, dancing and a free shot of ouzo upon arrival at this 21st Birthday Dinner Dance.
The event will take place on June 25 at the Stars International Receptions, 1c Bell Street in the Melbourne suburb of Preston.
Tickets are selling out fast as this event has been known to turn out an attendance of 600 plus party-goers.
The dress code for the gathering is cocktail and the entertainment will consist of a great line up with a 7-piece live Greek band, Melbourne’s hottest English pop DJ a professional Greek dance group and more.
The event will also include a traditional Greek meal of mezes followed by spanakopita, tiropita, salad and eclectic wines from the Patria will be available. Not to mention the delicious Greek desserts served with coffee and tea.
