Greek-Australian Owned Cosmetics Company to Expand in Greece

Napoleon Perdis 2Greek-Australian entrepreneur Napoleon Perdis who specializes in the cosmetics industry stated that he is planning to expand his “empire” to Greece. In a recent interview with the Greek Diaspora newspaper “Neos Kosmos,” Perdis explained that he is planning to live in Greece for some time so that his daughters may have the opportunity to learn Greece as well as he does.

The “makeup guru” as he is known among Greek Diaspora members, built a cosmetics empire from nothing, along with his brother Emmanuel. At the moment, their company is making plans to expand in various regions across the globe. Napoleon Perdis cosmetics stores currently operate in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Latin America, Canada, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Perdis is a makeup artist and businessman. In 1992, he launched a small makeup studio in the Sydney suburb of Leichhardt. Later, in 1995, he created his own line of cosmetic products. By 2011, the brand operated 65 stores across Australia and New Zealand and sold its cosmetics from 4,500 locations. He co-founded the company along with his younger brother Emanuel and his wife Soula-Marie, also of Greek descent.

Furthermore, in 1993, he established the Napoleon Perdis Makeup Academy, which provides makeup education by professional trainers for people who want to pursue a career in the industry.
