The enterprise “Financial Index Wealth Accountants” intends to buy its competitor company, “Centric Wealth,” for the amount of 130 million dollars.

Financial Index belongs mainly to persons with Greek roots such as Spyros Paule (general director), Tel Paul (Chairman), Nick Milonas and Toni Rousos.

These four Greeks set up the company financial Index 20 years ago. Now, the American global investing firm KKR & Co. LP. will cash 43 million dollars to purchase one-third of Financial Index’s shares.

However, the company will remain under “Greek ownership.”

As Mr. Paul stated “the journey continues since from 2001, we have made 40 buyouts and this one I can assure, won’t be the last.”
