Australia Day, is a major public event when everyone comes together to celebrate what it means to be Australian. It’s the day when Australians reflect on what they have achieved as a nation, and what they can be proud of.

It’s the day they recommit to make Australia an even better place for the future. Since becoming a twilight event in 2010, the crowds have continued to grow with more than 30,000 attendees enjoying the street parade, concert and fireworks each year.

The immigrants proclaimed to be Ambassadors of Australia Day in Victoria are: Soprano Stella Axarlis, entrepreneur Nick Theodosis, the presenter of Ten News, George Donikian, the Chairman of Fronditha, Sakis Zafiropoulos, and the CEO of Fronditha Care, George Lekakis.
