Karidis Says More Immigration Can Save Australia

Gerasimos Karidis

One of Australia’s most successful construction company owners, Gerasimos Karidis, said the country will have to rely on immigration to raise its population from 22 million to 35 million, an idea that is supported by Regional Development Minister Simon Crean – but opposed by Prime Minister Julia Gillard.

The Premier’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Bob Carr, also said he’s opposed to bringing in an influx of immigrants to increase the country’s population. Karidis though said a greater population would improve the country’s economy and offset an aging workforce.

That means “jobs, investments, development,” he said, adding that, “The population is growing old, if we don’t renew our labor force, how are we going to pay for their retirement?” He made this declaration during a gala which was organized in his honor and took place in Adelaide, which many entrepreneurs and politicians attended.

In the 1960′s “Anti-racists” forced ALL and ONLY white countries to open their borders to non-white immigration. Then “Anti-racists” forced ALL and ONLY white people to “integrate” or face consequences for being “naziswhowanttokill6millionjews.” Now “Anti-racists” are calculating that ALL and ONLY white children will become minorities and eventually EXTINCT. If “Anti-racists” did this to ALL and ONLY black countries, it would be called a genocide. “Anti-racist” is a codeword for anti-white.

What happens when the immigrants get to retirement age?.Mass immigration doesn’t work it creates huge social problems,if I was Australian I would boycott any business this guy is involved with because all he is interested in is increasing his profits and is willing to trample over Australians to do it,the very people that helped make him rich.

Immigration is ruining Australia. If we need workers, either train the 500,000 unemployed or bring in guest workers for 6 months at a time, followed by 4 weeks out of Australia, just as some other countries do. Bringing in more families (more food to consume, more sewage to treat, more oil to import to run their cars, more fuel to generate more electricity, less land for market gardens, … ) is bad for the environment of this ancient land with its unique flora and fauna. Comparision of the low population density of Australia with more densly populated countries is simplistic and not valid. The aboriginal population of this land was never 25 million but was kept at sustainable levels for 60 thousand years. What moral right does any one, politican or pleb, have, to screw up Australia by bringing in more foreign consumers.
Pauline Hanson is not xenophobic ,which is the irrational fear of foreigners; her fears are rationable and reasonable.
