Adam Gerondis of Moo Gourmet Burgers will become part of Australia’s culinary history. His grandfather Mick Adams opened Australia’s first Milk Bar in the early 30′s called “The Black and White.” His family lineage has been serving the Greek community for many years. Adam has recently opened his fourth Moo Gourmet Burgers restaurant.
His restaurants work closely with many charities and Adam gives from the heart. He has meticulously thought out each and every burger recipe, and there are many to choose from. The produce used is of the highest quality and all Australian grown. When you get the chance to see him at any of the stores, say hello and ask him to talk you through the memrobilia in the restaurants.
The concept of a Milk Bar was so new in the 30′s that his grandfather, as seen in the photo below, actually created the malt measurer and would import the milk shake machine from America.
