It is now official! Greek tourists are allowed to work in Australia if they wish so. Mutual rights have the Australians tourists coming to Greece. This regards a mutual state decision agreed by both nations which aspire to deal in this way the global financial crisis.
The councilor Eleni Lianidou confirmed that the bureaucratic procedures are going to be eliminated soon.
Similar agreement is planned to be signed with New Zealand as well. Australia has already signed an agreement with other countries.
The Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship is in charge of this action and Chris Bowen has a positive opinion regarding the issue.
