Three Greeks are Labor Party nominees in the forthcoming elections in New South Wales. The Premier of New South Wales, Kristina Keneally confirmed in an interview on the SBS Greek Radio Program that apart from Steve Camper who is a nominee in Rockdale area, two more Greeks will also stand for election. Evangelos Tsirekas, who is actually the Mayor of Canada Bay, will be a nominee in Drummoyne and Greek-Cypriot Michael Vasilis, is a nominee in Riverstone.
