Qantas ordered new aircrafts for the flights to Greece

The Australian air company Qantas announced its decision to buy aircrafts Boeing 787 “Dreamliner”, in order to be more competitive as it comes to flights from Australia to Southern Europe (Greece and Italy).

According to Qantas, the low-budget subsidiary company Jetstar will undertake the Melbourne-Athens flight.

Qantas ordered 50 aircrafts “Dreamliner 787″ and 35 “Dreamliner 787″. The company will receive two of these aircrafts in 2012, with which will save 20% of fuels.

Last year, Qantas cancelled many orders but now, that the Australian economy grows, the company makes new orders.
